We are looking for an ambitious postdoctoral researcher to join an innovative Open Science project at Radboud university medical center. The project, Measuring and Promoting Open Science in Dentistry and Biomedical Research in the Netherlands, investigates how Open Science practices are adopted across Dutch dentistry and biomedical research and evaluates strategies to promote transparent, reproducible and accessible research.
As postdoctoral researcher, you will lead the scientific execution of this 24-month project in close collaboration with the principal investigator and an interdisciplinary team of experts in Open Science, meta-research, methodology and dentistry.

You will join the Department of Dentistry at Radboud university medical center (Radboudumc) in Nijmegen, one of the leading academic medical centers in the Netherlands. The department combines excellence in research, education and patient care, with a strong focus on prevention, evidence-based dentistry, artificial intelligence and responsible research practices.
You will work directly with Dr. Maximiliano Cenci within a collaborative and international research environment that includes researchers, master's students, PhD candidates and national and international collaborators. The team values scientific curiosity, methodological rigor, open communication and mutual support. As a postdoctoral researcher, you will have considerable independence in leading your research while working closely with colleagues from dentistry, epidemiology, implementation science, statistics and Open Science.
The project is embedded within the the Dutch Open Science community and connected to the national Orange Health consortium, providing excellent opportunities to build collaborations across universities and University Medical Centers.
